If your flight is delayed, the rental company will wait.

If you know you’ll be more than 2 hours late or arriving on a different flight, it’s a good idea to notify them via WhatsApp or email. If you provided your flight number, they’ll automatically track your arrival, so they’ll know your exact landing time.

For late-night arrivals, with prior arrangement you can collect your car early in the morning or upon arrival.

If the delay means you can’t pick up the car, our €500 Guarantee covers your taxi to your accommodation and back to the rental office the next morning.
