What is the €1000 guarantee?

If you use the VAMOS5 or VAMOS10 coupon code, or if we make the booking for you, your reservation is automatically covered by the €1000 Car4YouMadeira guarantee.

If any problem comes up with your car rental, we are right behind you and help you resolve the situation.

What does it cover?

• If you can’t pick up the car because your flight was delayed (e.g. covering taxi costs)
• Fines or charges that you didn’t cause
• Unreasonable extra fees charged by the rental company

The aim of the guarantee is to make sure you’re never left alone in unexpected situations.

Conditions

• The guarantee is valid if you use the VAMOS5 or VAMOS10 coupon code, or if we arrange the booking for you.
• The booking must be made with the following partners: RentX, Auto Canhas, Rent-A-Car Madeira, Madlobos.
• Clear, verifiable proof is required (invoice, email, contract, fine notice).
• You must report the issue to us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
• We respond and assess the claim within 7 working days.
• ❌ Not valid in cases of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs or deliberate breach of the rental contract.
