What is the €500 Guarantee?

If you use the VAMOS10 promo code, or if we arrange the booking for you, your booking is automatically covered by the €500 Car4YouMadeira Guarantee.

If any issue comes up during your rental, we’ll help resolve it.

What does it cover?

• ✈️ If you can’t pick up the car due to a flight delay (e.g. taxi and accommodation)
• 🚗 Fines or fees you didn’t cause
• 💳 Unjustly charged deposit or fuel hold
• 💳 Unjustified extra charges by the rental company

The guarantee ensures you’re not left without support in unexpected situations.

Conditions

• The guarantee is valid if you use VAMOS10, or if we arrange the booking for you.
• The booking must be with one of the following partners: RentX, Rent-A-Car Madeira, Madlobos.
• Clear, verifiable documents are required (invoice, email, contract, fine notice).
• Please report the issue to us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email.
• We respond to and assess the claim within 7 business days.
• ❌ Not valid in cases of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or intentional breach of the rental agreement.
